Manage Subscriptions

Manage, upgrade or cancel your Fenestra subscription.

All Fenestra subscriptions are managed through your account settings. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time.

Annual billing is available on all paid plans at a 20% discount. Credits reset in monthly billing cycles.

How to upgrade

  1. Go to fenestra.app/pricing or open Account Settings from the sidebar.
  2. Select the plan you want to move to.
  3. Confirm your payment details.

Upgrades take effect immediately. You'll receive the new plan's credits straight away, if you have credits remaining from the previous subscription your new credits will be added instantly. This starts a new billing cycle strating from the day of upgrade.

How to downgrade

  1. Open Account Settings from the sidebar.
  2. Select a lower plan.

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll keep access to your current plan's features until then.

How to cancel

  1. Open Account Settings from the sidebar.
  2. Click Plans & Pricing to view your plan.
  3. Select Cancel.

All subscriptions auto-renew by default. When you cancel, you'll retain access to your plan until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan.

You can resubscribe at any point and pick up from where you left off with your generations and assets available.

Auto-renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically on your billing date each month. Subscription renewal dates visible in /spaces/billing (or year for annual plans). You'll receive an email receipt from our payment provider Lemon Squeezy for each payment.

If you want to avoid an upcoming charge, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

Resubscribing

If you've previously cancelled, you can resubscribe at any time from fenestra.app/pricing. Your account history, projects and previous generations are all preserved.

Troubleshooting

Payment declined? Check your card details are up to date in the billing portal. If a charge is showing as pending, allow 24–48 hours for it to clear before retrying.

Payment Failed

If your subscription payment has failed, our payment provider will try again to draw the unpaid funds, if there is an issue with the payment processing. Contact shaun@fenestra.dev or use the [bug reports and feature requests] to resolve it.
