Reporting a bug
To report a bug, click the Report Bug button found in the bottom-left of Fenestra Studio.
When submitting a bug report, include:
- A description of what happened
- What you expected to happen
- The tool you were using (Image, Edit, Realtime, Enhance or Video)
Requesting a feature
Have an idea for something you'd like to see in Fenestra? Use the same Report Bug button and select Feature Request to submit your suggestion.
Live chat support
Fenestra includes a built-in chat widget where you can ask questions and get instant help from our AI assistant. Conversations are often reviewed by our team, so if the AI can't resolve your issue a human will follow up.
