How VAPF turns villa renders into real estate marketing videos

VAPF uses Fenestra to turn high-quality villa renders into videos that help buyers experience each property before it's built. Its five-person content team creates the videos in-house for the luxury villas VAPF designs, develops and builds on Spain's Costa Blanca.

The challenge

Why weren't static villa renders enough?

Static renders left buyers to imagine too much, even though VAPF's villa visuals were already high quality.

A still frame could show the design, but not the walk onto the terrace, the light at that hour or the sea in the distance.

For villas that don't exist yet, the team needed a way to show how the place would feel to stand in.

Why Fenestra

Animation tools, backed by real support

VAPF chose Fenestra for its animation tools and its frequent product updates.

What kept the team using it was the support. When VAPF needed help, the Fenestra team worked through the problem with them rather than sending them to a chat window.

For a small in-house team taking on animation for the first time, that made Fenestra a tool they could build campaigns on.

Static to motion

One static render, now a moving shot

VAPF uploads an existing static render to Fenestra, which turns it into a moving shot of the same villa — terraces, low sun, planting and all.

Fenestra allows us to bring images to life through animation, helping clients better visualize the environment and feel the essence of each project.

We were impressed by the tools, the continuous updates, and the close support from the Fenestra team. Having direct access to a manager when needed, with real people helping us solve challenges, made a big difference compared to platforms that rely only on AI assistance.

The workflow

From one render to a marketing video in three steps

  1. 01

    Start with the existing render

Each villa already has 3D renders. The team uploads them to Fenestra as they are, with no remodelling.

  2. 02

    Choose the camera movement

The team animates the still and directs the shot, from a slow terrace reveal to a pan through the living space.

  3. 03

    Publish the video

The finished animation becomes social content for the brand or a video made for one buyer and one villa.

What changed

In-house animation, faster turnarounds

VAPF can now create real estate marketing videos faster and tailor them to each villa, campaign and buyer.

Made in-house

Content gets made the moment it's needed, by the team that knows each villa best.

Fits each project

Every villa gets its own look and message rather than a house template.

Campaign or one buyer

One workflow covers a full social launch or a single clip made for one interested buyer.

Airen Collection

Now the process for everything they build

This development started as a single static render too.

Why they recommend it

Why VAPF recommends Fenestra

It is an intuitive platform that gives creatives different possibilities depending on the needs of each project.

VAPF recommends Fenestra for its support and guidance, and for the webinars and tutorials the team learned from.

New features arrive often, but it is the direct line to the Fenestra team that VAPF point to when asked why they stayed.
